We recently had our hardwood floors installed, and I can’t say enough great things about the entire experience. From start to finish, James and his team demonstrated exceptional quality and professionalism. The craftsmanship is outstanding—the floors look absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they paid close attention to every detail. They were incredibly reliable, arriving on time each day and sticking to the schedule they committed to. Just as importantly, the project stayed on budget with no surprises, which we really appreciated. One thing that truly stood out was how clean and organized they kept the space throughout the process. They treated our home with respect, making sure everything was tidy at the end of each day and leaving the final result spotless. Most impressive was their willingness to go the extra mile. They took the time to make sure every aspect of the project met our expectations, addressing small details and making adjustments until we were completely satisfied.
