We hired James and his team to fix some awful contractor work we previously had done in our bathroom and to redo our second bathroom. They were professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, reliable and reasonable priced. If an issue came up they knew exactly how to fix it and we felt comfortable asking questions about the process. We are hiring them for other projects we need done in our home. Highly recommended!!!!!

We had James build a deck for us and he was the BEST. He did the entire job from beginning to end. He got the permits, worked with the building inspector, built a fabulous deck, and cleaned up after. James and his team ha e incredible attention to detail. The deck came out perfect. We have other work that needs to be done and we definitely will be using James for all our big jobs in the future. I got 4 quotes from different companies and James price was also the lowest. Before and after pics below.

Garcia did wonderful job on our new bath. James listened to what we wanted and added some worthwhile ideas. Once started he stayed with it until the job was completed.

James was very positive, professional and easy to deal with. He got the job done quickly and at a fair price. We’d definitely work with him again!

We recently had our hardwood floors installed, and I can’t say enough great things about the entire experience. From start to finish, James and his team demonstrated exceptional quality and professionalism. The craftsmanship is outstanding—the floors look absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they paid close attention to every detail. They were incredibly reliable, arriving on time each day and sticking to the schedule they committed to. Just as importantly, the project stayed on budget with no surprises, which we really appreciated. One thing that truly stood out was how clean and organized they kept the space throughout the process. They treated our home with respect, making sure everything was tidy at the end of each day and leaving the final result spotless. Most impressive was their willingness to go the extra mile. They took the time to make sure every aspect of the project met our expectations, addressing small details and making adjustments until we were completely satisfied. That level of care is hard to find. Highly recommend Garcia Home Improvement & Remodeling for your next home project—you won’t be disappointed!

James and Garcia home Improvement & Remodeling LLC was a joy to work with. As a designer, their efficiency and collaborative nature helped me realize my design concepts within scope and budget. James was responsive and a problem solver, he clarifies every aspect of the work and makes a clear breakdown of his approach. I’ve worked with James on three projects and have recommended him and his services to other clients looking for a reliable contractor whose work is professional and delivers on time. Garcia Home Improvement is a reliable family business. On time, skilled, responsive crew. Straightforward, communicative and detail oriented. They came in and saved a project that was headed for disaster. Highly reccommend.

Great work at a great price. Reliable, communicative, and extremely attentive to detail. I will definitely have James do more work for me.

Fast, reliable and reasonably priced work. Had to get the gutters replaced and they were there faster than I expected to get it done. James has done a lot of work at our home over the years and have never had any issues. Just good people who do good work.

James and his team did an amazing job! They repaired our garage roof after a tree fell on it. They removed and replaced the old shingles, repaired the wood and replaced the gutter. All of the work was done in one day. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Very professional and strongly recommended.

We worked with James to do two of our bathrooms (one in 2021 and the other in 2025), and we are VERY pleased with both! James is awesome to work with! Both projects were on budget and completed in about 2-3 weeks. Any issues that popped up James let me know immediately and provided a solution/recommendation. He is always very responsive, honest and communicates very well. We would use James for all our home improvement projects!

James and team have done carpentry work for us in the past, and recently put a new ceiling, lighting, repaired damaged walls, painted, and installed a new door for a much needed renovation of our bathroom. He and his team are pleasant and professional. Their craftsmanship is excellent. We have other major projects to do and will call on him and his team again! Highly recommend.
