When we decided to completely renovate our first floor apartment of our 100 yr old house, after years of falling short on purchasing a single family home . I came across a listing for Garcia Home Improvement on the internet. Initially skeptical , we were pleasantly surprised on how prompt and knowledgeable, James was at our initial meet . He was very thorough and broke things down for us . We hired James and his crew to install / remove older windows…… and re frame ( inc load bearing wall), the first floor . The communication and meticulous work was evident, having James work hand in hand with his crew, provided us with exactly what we had envisioned. We will be using James in the near future for the installation and construction of our bathroom. …..FP

I have worked with James for years now and never, ever been disappointed. His work is exceptional and his rates very reasonable. He does what he says he will, shows up every day until the job is done and delivers one heck of a product. The guys he works with are also wonderful and I never worry turning the house (and dogs!) over to him. His level of detail and commitment to excellence is amazing and his product is top notch. He's also just a great person to deal with - very easygoing and customer-oriented. He's always there when I need him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We recently had our front and rear steps replaced by James from Garcia’s Home Improvement and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the job was done with precision and professionalism. James was punctual, communicated clearly, and paid great attention to detail. The craftsmanship on both sets of steps was outstanding — sturdy, well-built, and beautifully finished. We were particularly impressed with the clean-up after the job was done; they left everything spotless. We highly recommend Garcia’s Home improvement to anyone looking for top-notch carpentry work!

James did the renovation of our house before we bought it, so he was the obvious choice to have work on it after that. But we wouldn't have continued having him work on the house for the past eight years if we weren't pleased with his work. He's done all kinds of things for us, large and small: Roof and screen our deck; redo a shower; replace the front porch, portico, and door; replace a few other exterior doors; and so forth. Communication has always been terrific. Highly recommended!

James and his crew did a terrific job renovating my 1890's-era home on Providence's West side - everything from new floors to adding insulation and new drywall, improving the electrical systems, improved plumbing on two floors, updating the kitchen and dining room with new cupboards, and adding a new master bath on the 2nd floor. Easy to work with, efficient, and a very reliable, nice bunch.... Thanks!! Great job!

James and his crew at Garcia Home Improvement have taken on projects large and small for me over the years and each one of them was completed on time and within budget. They do beautiful, careful, meticulous work. The quotes are priced fairly and, on top of all of that, they're just the nicest guys! If I could give them SIX stars, I would!

James and his crew added a full bathroom in our basement from start to finish. They did the whole job from plumbing to electrical, including all the tile and finish work. James is very meticulous with everything he does. His words are "if I won't do it in my house I wouldn't do it in yours" and I will stand by that. He helped with the layout and glad he did, he has tons of experience with remodeling. I'm glad we went with James even though he wasn't the cheapest price we received, but the work shows the quality they put out. Everything was perfect and we will use Garcia Home Improvement & Remodeling for all our future projects. If I could give him company more stars I would!!!!!

I hired James to remodel my bathroom and I couldn't be happier, it came out better than I expected. James worked with me to get it done within my budget while also upping the quality of materials. I'm looking to do my kitchen in about a year and will definitely be hiring Garcia home improvement again.

James and team have done carpentry work for us in the past, and recently put a new ceiling, lighting, repaired damaged walls, painted, and installed a new door for a much needed renovation of our bathroom. He and his team are pleasant and professional. Their craftsmanship is excellent. We have other major projects to do and will call on him and his team again! Highly recommend.

This is the second time Garcia Home Improvement & Remodeling LLC has done work for me. They work quckly, but not at the cost of quality. James has a solid crew that are good workers, very polite and easy to talk to. I highly recommend and will add pictures of the work done. I will definitely look to Garcia Home Improvement for any projects moving forward.

James and his crew updated my bathroom. They replaced the counter, sinks , bathtub, shower and toilet. Because of their hard work and attention to detail everything looks great. It was a pleasure to work with such a sociable, knowledgeable and professional individual and his team.
