When we decided to completely renovate our first floor apartment of our 100 yr old house, after years of falling short on purchasing a single family home . I came across a listing for Garcia Home Improvement on the internet. Initially skeptical , we were pleasantly surprised on how prompt and knowledgeable, James was at our initial meet . He was very thorough and broke things down for us . We hired James and his crew to install / remove older windows…… and re frame ( inc load bearing wall), the first floor . James and his crew added a full bathroom in our basement from start to finish. They did the whole job from plumbing to electrical, including all the tile and finish work. James is very meticulous with everything he does. His words are "if I won't do it in my house I wouldn't do it in yours" and I will stand by that. He helped with the layout and glad he did, he has tons of experience with remodeling. I'm glad we went with James even though he wasn't the cheapest price we received, but the work shows the quality they put out.
